Position Title: Account Executive
Full-Time
Job Location: Miami, FL Job
Summary:
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, anticipate and address clients’ needs, including troubleshooting and requirements for projects
• Formulate a plan and communicate with senior management or clients on the status of accounts
• Carry out qualitative research and provide account team management with marketing, advertising, communications and convey the specific requirement for cross functional support
• Design specific research methods to ensure timely development and execution of market research plans, advertising and marketing campaigns, and projects to ensure budget, earning, growth and profit goals are achieved
• Consult with clients on business market research, advertising, marketing, communications issues, and research design
• Participate, analyze, and interpret data to identify new business program patterns and solutions
• Plans, develops, and defends budget recommendations
• Strive to develop the best communication and presentation skills
• Develop pitch angles, including for multicultural audience
• Research and write case studies, presentations, and creative proposals
• Respond to client requests in a timely fashion
• Brainstorm fresh ideas to clients
• Remain fully informed on market trends, make actionable and implement recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements Qualifications:
• Bachelors’ degree in market research, marketing, advertising, or closely related field or its equivalent. MBA preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in market research, marketing, advertising, or related field
• Knowledge of digital marketing and/or digital media
• Understanding of current market events both domestic and global
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
• Strong communication, presentation skills and customer service skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish for multicultural clients is Preferred
• Collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
